These terms describe different parts of your setup. Understanding them helps prevent posts appearing under the wrong brand or a social profile seeming to disappear.
Account
Your account is the wider home for your subscription, team, workspaces, and connected social profiles. Account-level controls live in Settings and depend on your role.
Workspace
A workspace keeps a brand's work together: listings, content, calendar, brand settings, and the social profiles used there. Switch workspaces before starting a task for another brand or client.
For example, an agency might keep two clients in separate workspaces. A solo agent can do their daily work in one workspace. You do not need to create a workspace for each property.
Brand and persona
The workspace brand supplies shared visual and business details. A persona supplies the identity and writing preferences for the person or brand represented in the content. Check the chosen persona before generating, especially when several people use the workspace.

Social profile
A social profile is a connected publishing destination, such as an Instagram account or Facebook Page. A connection belongs to the account; a workspace activates the profiles it should use. Being connected and being available in your current workspace are separate checks.
Design and post
A design is a visual asset. A post includes its caption, media, destination channels, and publishing state. Editing or saving a design alone does not schedule a social post.
Check the right place
For a wrong logo, check the brand and selected persona. For a missing channel, check workspace social profiles. For a missing invoice, check account Billing. For an unseen draft, confirm the workspace and calendar filters.
