Use Create → Use my own idea when you know the subject and want help turning it into a post. It is useful for buyer tips, seller advice, neighborhood introductions, business updates, and the content between property listings.
Give the idea enough context
A useful request names the subject, audience, key facts, and intended response. For example:
Create a friendly checklist for first-time buyers preparing for a second viewing. Cover storage, maintenance questions, and how the layout fits their routine. End by inviting them to message me with a question.
Add local facts you know to be accurate. Do not ask the AI to invent testimonials, market statistics, or details about a property.
Create the post
- Open Create → Use my own idea.
- Check the selected persona and available channel choices.
- Enter your idea, including the facts and tone you want to preserve.
- Review the format or visual options offered, then generate.
- Wait for the result and inspect the caption and media.
Give the draft a useful brief
Include four things: who the post is for, the point you want to make, facts that must be included, and the next step for the reader.
For example: “Write a short post for sellers preparing for photography. Explain why clearing kitchen counters helps the photos. Keep the tone practical and end by inviting readers to request a preparation checklist.”
If a claim must be exact, include the verified wording or figure. Avoid a prompt such as “Tell people why now is the best time to buy” unless you have evidence for that claim. For a property promotion, start from the listing so its facts are available to the workflow.
Make it sound like you
Correct any inaccurate statement. Remove generic phrases you would never use and add a specific observation from your experience. Edit small wording problems directly; generate a new result when the approach itself needs to change.
If every result uses the wrong tone, update your persona's writing style. Check that you selected the intended persona before starting again.
Save or schedule
Review the selected destinations, preview each channel, and use the available draft or scheduling controls. Check the result in Calendar. If you already have the exact caption and media, Start from scratch may be quicker.
