Start by choosing the outcome you want. Stopping a subscription, removing one workspace, and deleting an account are different actions.
If you only want to stop billing
Follow Manage billing and cancellation. Review the cancellation confirmation and effective date. Do not delete a workspace as a way to cancel a subscription.
Before removing a workspace
Save any content you need and review future scheduled or repeating posts. Check whether teammates still use the workspace and whether its social profiles or Houzez connection need attention.
Open Settings → Workspaces, find the workspace, and use its delete action only when available and appropriate. Read the confirmation carefully and verify the workspace name. The app may prevent deleting a workspace because of ownership, access, or last-workspace restrictions.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Profile and find Delete Account. Read the permanent-deletion notice and complete the requested identity confirmation. Accounts with a password confirm with that password; accounts without one use the email-code flow shown by the app.
Review the data deletion information before confirming. If you cannot complete the process, contact support from the account concerned and state that you want account removal, not only subscription cancellation.
Ask about any information you need to retain before confirming removal. Keep copies of important exports and billing records. Do not assume deletion can be undone.
For simply reorganizing clients or teams, manage workspace access instead of removing the account.
