Use a public property page to fill the Add listing form, then review it before saving. Importing is a starting point: the webpage may contain old facts, incomplete photos, or text that needs correction.
1. Copy the property page URL
Use the specific property's public page, not the website homepage or a search-results page. Open it yourself and confirm it contains the property you intend to market.
2. Fetch it into the form
Open Listings → All listings → Add listing. Paste the URL into Import from a URL, then choose Fetch & auto-fill. Wait for the result before editing the imported values.
3. Check the imported information

Correct missing or inaccurate fields, add photos as needed, and choose Save listing. Reopen the result to check the final record.
If the page will not import
A page requiring a login, restricting automated access, or presenting unusual content may not supply enough usable information. Verify the URL and try the public property page. If it still fails, enter the facts manually using Add a listing.
Avoid repeatedly importing a property you already saved. Search All listings first and edit the existing record where appropriate.
