If a property is already published on your own website — your agency site, your team site, your Houzez site — you don't need to retype it. Velisto reads the page and fills the listing in for you.
How to import
- Go to Listings and start adding a listing.
- In the Import from a URL banner at the top, paste the listing page's address — e.g.
https://youragency.com/property/123-main-st. - Velisto fetches the page and pulls in the address, price, beds, baths, description, features and photos it finds.
- Review the result — everything is editable — fix anything the page didn't state clearly, and save.

The photos are copied into your Velisto library at full resolution, so designs keep working even if the original page changes or goes offline.
What works — and what doesn't
Works best: listing pages on sites you or your brokerage control. Standard listing markup is read automatically, and Houzez sites in particular import very cleanly.
Doesn't work: large listing portals. They actively block automated access to their pages, so imports from them fail — that's a restriction on their side, not a missing feature. Import from your own site, or add the listing by hand — it takes about two minutes.
If you see "This site blocked our request", the page's host refused the fetch. Enter the details manually, or try the same listing on a site you control.
Importing in bulk
One-by-one isn't the only way:
- Houzez WordPress site — connect the Velisto plugin and every published listing syncs automatically.
- CSV — upload a spreadsheet of listings under Listings → Import.
