Listings are Velisto's raw material: every kit, caption and design about a property is built from what's on its listing. Go to Listings → All listings and click the add button to create one.
If the property is already published on your own website, skip the typing — import it from a URL instead. Houzez site? Sync automatically.
The details
Fill in what you'd put on any listing sheet: address, price, beds, baths, size, property type, status, and a description. Two fields punch above their weight for social content:
- Description — the AI mines it for angles: the view, the kitchen, the quiet street. A real description beats a bare-facts one.
- Features — a plain comma-separated list ("pool, home office, EV charger"). These become caption hooks and design highlights.

Photos
Photos become the visual material for every design about this listing, so:
- Upload all the good ones, not just the hero shot — carousels, kits and reels need variety (exterior, kitchen, living, view).
- Use the originals at full resolution. Velisto crops and resizes per design; it can't add sharpness that isn't there.
- First photo = the default hero. Order the rest roughly how you'd show the house.
Status
A listing's status (Active, Pending, Sold, Coming soon, Open house…) matters for content: templates and captions adapt to it, and a status change is itself a reason to post — "Just sold" is some of the best content an agent has. Keep it current as the deal moves.
