Save a property in Listing so its facts and photos can be reused in posts, campaigns, templates, and videos. In the app, the sidebar calls this area Listings.

1. Complete the essential fields
Open Add listing. Address and Price are required for the manual form. The Ready to save panel shows what is missing. Title is optional and falls back to the address when left empty.
Choose the correct Property type, Listing type, and Status. For example, the physical type might be Apartment, the listing type For Rent, and the status Active. These are separate classifications.
2. Add the facts clients need
Review the price and its suffix, such as /mo for rent. Enter bedrooms, bathrooms, garage spaces, floor area and unit, and land area where relevant. Use Property ID and MLS number to keep references recognizable.
Add the Listing page link if you want the public property page available to supported post workflows. Use Features for comma-separated amenities and Description for verified details. If AI supplies description text, read it before using it in marketing.
3. Add photos and an open house
Upload the images you are allowed to market. The form currently accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 10 MB each and 20 photos. Arrange them so the strongest useful image comes first, then check their order after saving.
For an event, choose Add open house. Enter Date, Start, End, and useful Notes. Select Virtual / online tour only for an online event.
4. Save and verify
Choose Save listing, then inspect the saved property. Confirm the price, units, status, photos, and public link. A successful save does not prove every photo uploaded correctly, so check the image gallery too.
Then choose Create → Promote a listing and select the saved property. See single post or listing campaign.
If you cannot save or find it
Check the required fields, any listing-limit message, and the current workspace. Clear search and status filters in All listings. For missing photos, reopen the saved listing and add the missing images there.
