START WITH THE FAMILIAR DETAILS

A recognizable look.
A place to keep it.

Give every new design a familiar starting point. Save the business details you use again and again in your brand baseline.

  • The right logo for the background

Upload your brokerage logo and a light version for dark designs.

  • Your colors, close at hand

Save your primary and secondary colors, ready to use as you customize your content.

  • The business behind the brand

Add your markets, website, contact email, services and audience. Posting profiles can build on that shared context.

MORE THAN THE WAY IT LOOKS

Give your content
a point of view.

Who you help. Where you work. How you introduce yourself. Your posting profile gives Velisto useful context for your content.

  • Make the introduction yours

Add your name, role, headshot and contact details. Choose whether designs show your phone number or WhatsApp.

  • Bring your local knowledge

Describe your markets, specialties and ideal clients. Add a short bio to give your content a more personal starting point.

  • Set your caption preferences

Save a caption footer, build a hashtag bank, and choose whether generated captions use relevant hashtags and emojis.

What can I save in my Brand Kit?
Your workspace brand baseline holds your business name, logos, primary and secondary colors, markets, website, contact email, services and audience. Posting profiles hold the personal identity and caption preferences you use when creating content.
How is the brand baseline different from a posting profile?
The brand baseline is shared by the workspace. A posting profile adds the person’s name, role, photo, contact details and writing context. Profiles can use the shared business context or add their own markets, services and audience.
Can I use my brand in graphics, flyers and videos?
Yes. Supported templates and video overlays can use your saved logos, photos and profile details. Available fields vary by design. Choose what to show and review the result in the editor.
What controls the way captions are written?
Your markets, services, audience and short bio provide context. You can also save a caption footer and hashtag bank, and choose whether to include relevant hashtags and emojis. You can edit every draft before publishing.
Do I need a second version of my logo?
Upload a light or white version for templates that place the logo on a dark background. Those designs skip the light-logo field if you haven’t added that version.
Who can change the shared brand?
Workspace owners and admins manage the brand baseline. Teammates work with their own assigned posting profiles; owners and admins can manage team profiles.
Can I manage different clients’ brands?
Yes. Use separate client workspaces to keep each business’s branding, content and connected channels organized. See the client marketing walkthrough.
