Use Create → Plan my content when you want help deciding what to post. Start with dates and channels, shape the suggested topics, and generate a set of posts for review. A property listing is not required.
Before you start
Check your persona's audience, goals, writing style, and topics. Make sure the right social profiles are active in your workspace and that your timezone is correct.
1. Open the planner
Choose Create → Plan my content. Review the dates and channels shown. Add or change the dates to fit the days you actually want to post, rather than filling the calendar simply because space is available.
Choose a plan shape
Use Choose dates or Change to adjust the proposed dates. Then choose how the topics should relate to each other:
| Option | Use it for | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Varied topics | A mix of useful posts for your audience | A viewing checklist, a seller preparation tip, and a local introduction |
| One topic series | Several posts developing one theme | “Preparing to sell in autumn,” with a different practical step in each post |
Enter the theme when choosing a series. Keep it specific enough that the posts can cover different parts of the subject. A series is still a set of separate posts; review the dates and channels for each one.
2. Refine the topics
Read each proposed topic. Keep the ideas that fit your audience; edit or replace the ones that do not. Add the context a reader would need: the local area, a specific question, or the point you want to make.
You can use saved topics when you want to return to a useful idea. A saved topic is an idea to reuse, not a scheduled post.
For example, “Three checks before your second home viewing” gives a clearer job than “Buyer tips.” Avoid suggesting market figures unless you can verify them.
Keep good suggestions while replacing others
Use Keep on a topic you want to retain before choosing New suggestions. For an individual topic, open its editor to change the title and Details to include, choose an alternative, or request another suggestion.
The details field is the place for facts the writer must use: an event date, the area you serve, or a specific point from your own experience. Save an idea to My topics when you want to use it in another plan. Saving the idea does not generate or schedule a post.
3. Check content settings
Review the available format and design settings. Make sure the selected persona and channels are the ones you intend to use. If you change channels, review the plan again because the output can differ by destination.
4. Generate the posts
Choose the generation button once you are happy with the plan. Let the app prepare the captions and designs. If a date conflicts with existing content, review the warning and decide whether to change the date or continue using the offered control.
5. Review on the calendar
The planner closes and the new content appears on the calendar as Unapproved. Open the batch review controls to inspect the posts. Generation has prepared the content; approval is still needed before it is ready to publish on the proposed schedule.
Follow Review and approve your content plan to finish the job.
When a result needs work
Edit a caption for a small change. Replace a topic before generating if the idea itself is wrong. Check failed generation separately from a publishing failure: retrying the writing step does not repair a disconnected social profile.
If a proposed date has passed, choose a future time before approval. Review the final calendar status rather than assuming the plan has gone live.
