5 practical steps

A LITTLE PREPARATION

Before you begin.

  • An agency setup that fits

Discuss your client count, team and workflow in a demo. The number of workspaces available depends on your plan.

  • Each client’s brand and content

Gather the logo, contact details, audience, language, photos and property information.

  • A clear review process

Agree who prepares the content, who checks it and when it can be published.

01

Set up a workspace for the client.

Use the workspace switcher to choose the client’s existing workspace. If your account has access to create workspaces and your plan allows another one, use New workspace.

Give it a recognizable name and choose the country and content language carefully. Each workspace keeps its own listings, branding, content and team.

Set up access for the people doing the work.

Review Members in Workspace settings. Authorized account owners and admins can manage access; available actions depend on your role.

02

Add the brand and connect the client’s channels.

In the client’s workspace, check the brand details and any personas you use for its agents. Add the right logo, contact information, language and voice.

Connect the client’s social profiles with the appropriate account access. Confirm the account names before you begin creating content.

03

Create a useful mix for that client.

Start with buyer advice, seller tips, neighborhood knowledge and useful answers. Use Plan my content for a suggested plan, or create individual pieces around the client’s own ideas.

Add property posts through Single post, campaigns through Listing campaigns, and designs or videos when the content calls for them. Check the selected persona as you create.

Keep the client’s knowledge in the content.

Use the locations, questions and experience that make that business useful to its own audience.

04

Review the content with the right people.

Check the wording, imagery, property facts, contact details and selected channels. Use your existing client review process to get any required feedback before publishing.

Keep unfinished content as drafts. Apply the agreed changes in Velisto, then review the final media and captions again.

Make the handoff clear.

Agree how you will share drafts for review and how the client will confirm the final version. Return to Velisto to make the changes and schedule the approved content.

05

Publish, check the result and switch clients.

Confirm the workspace name and selected profiles, then publish or schedule the content. Review the client’s calendar to see what is coming next and which posts still need work.

Use the available analytics to review that client’s published content. When you move to another client, switch workspaces first and check the name before continuing.

Visit the FAQ hub
Does each client get a separate workspace?
An agency setup uses a workspace for each client, keeping the client’s branding, listings, content and team together. Available workspaces depend on your plan.
Can my team work on client content?
Workspace access is managed through Members. The account setup and each person’s permissions determine which workspaces and actions are available.
Does Velisto include a client approval portal?
A dedicated client approval portal is not currently part of this workflow. Use your existing client review process, then make the final edits and publish or schedule in Velisto.
Can I use a different brand for each client?
Yes. Set up the client’s brand and personas in its workspace, and check the active workspace and persona before creating content.
Are client workspaces the same as personas?
No. A workspace is the separate place for a client or business. Personas provide branding and voice for people or identities within that workspace.
How do I try the agency workflow?
Request a demo to discuss your clients, team, workspace needs and a guided agency trial.
