After connecting the plugin, use the import hub to bring your website's published listings into the workspace.
Start and review a sync
- Open Listings → Import.
- Find the Houzez site under Connected sources.
- Choose Sync now.
- Watch progress or return later to Recent imports.
- Open several imported properties and check their details and photos.
Larger imports can take longer, particularly when many images need to be copied. Check the import result before starting the same sync again.
Keep the source current
The website is the source for synced listing information. Changes made inside Velisto are not written back to WordPress. Update the website when a source fact needs correcting, then sync and verify the result.
Check the title, price, address, property facts, status, types, and photos. Review any failed items individually rather than assuming the whole sync failed.
Review marketing defaults
The Houzez panel includes Marketing defaults. Inspect those settings deliberately so the connection behaves as you expect. Importing a listing and approving a social post are separate concepts; check Calendar for the actual state of any generated content.
Pause when needed
Use Workspace settings → Houzez to pause or resume syncing. Removing a connection stops that connection; read the confirmation to understand what happens to previously imported listings.
