Connect the TikTok account you want to use, then check the formats and publishing settings available for the post you are creating.
Connect the profile
- Open Workspace settings → Social profiles → Add profile.
- Add an existing connection from From your account, or choose TikTok.
- Sign in to the intended TikTok account and review the requested access.
- Return to Velisto and confirm the profile is active in the workspace.
Review the post options
The app supports TikTok content through the available video and photo-post workflows. Select the profile and use the media options offered for that flow. Review any privacy, interaction, or content settings presented before publishing.
Do not assume that a format available on another platform can be sent unchanged to TikTok. Resolve any validation message and inspect the final preview.
Check processing and results
A publishing attempt may take time while TikTok processes the media. Check the channel result and the live profile before retrying a post that appears delayed.
If authorization expires, reconnect the profile. If media is rejected, read the error and correct the specific file or setting before trying again.
For repeated failures, contact support with the post and exact message.
