Before you start
TikTok is a video channel — Velisto publishes your listing reels and video posts there. Any TikTok account you can log into can be connected; there's no business-account requirement to publish.
Connect it
- Open Workspace settings → Social profiles and click Add profile.
- If the account is already connected to your Velisto account, add it from From your account.
- Otherwise choose TikTok and log in when TikTok asks. Review the permissions and approve.
- The account is now active in this workspace.
Publishing to TikTok
When a scheduled video's time arrives, Velisto delivers it to TikTok for processing and publication. TikTok processes video on its side, so a post can take a little longer to appear on your profile than on other platforms — that's normal.
Note:
TikTok applies your account's default privacy and content settings to published videos. If a published video isn't visible to others, check your account's privacy settings in the TikTok app.
Troubleshooting
- Needs reconnect badge — TikTok access expires periodically; reconnect from the profile card.
- Video rejected — TikTok enforces its own duration and content rules at upload time. Velisto's generated reels fit them, but if you upload your own video, keep it within TikTok's current length limits.
