Use the Content editor to put your words, photos, and listing facts into a ready-made layout. You can create a finished image without moving individual design objects.
1. Find a suitable template
Open Content → Create. Choose a format such as Social posts, Flyers, or Stories, then search or browse the designs. System contains supplied templates; Mine contains your own. Choose Use template on the design you want.
For videos, use the separate Reels & Videos guides. A carousel's multi-slide editor also has its own guide.
2. Check the persona and listing
In the top bar, check the active persona. It supplies supported brand fields such as your logo and headshot. Choose Pick a listing to fill the template with that property's facts and photo. Listing auto-fill is optional: you can enter the template fields yourself.
Check the actual values after auto-fill. A saved listing may have an old price or missing information, and some fields belong to the particular template rather than the property record.
3. Replace images and edit text
The left panel groups the template's Images and Text fields. An image slot may offer Upload, Library, or Unsplash. Choose the source for that specific slot; changing the hero photograph should not replace your headshot or brokerage logo.
Edit the text fields and watch the Live preview. Review line breaks, long addresses, dates, and calls to action. The fields vary by template, so an open-house design can expose a date and time that another design does not have.
4. Generate the finished file
Choose an available Export as format and quality. The starred format is the recommendation for that preset. Choose Generate, wait for completion, and inspect the finished creative. See saving and exporting for the difference between an image export and a template file.
When you need layout changes
Choose Customize on a system template to make an editable copy, or switch to Design when editing your own template. Use this for typography, element positions, colors, and layers. See Edit a design.
Saving or generating a design does not publish it. To share it, use the finished creative in a post and review the caption, profiles, and schedule.
