A conversation about scheduling is not the same as a scheduled post. The AI Agent presents a proposal that you must review and confirm through its scheduling control.
Check the proposal
Before confirming, review:
- The property or subject and every factual claim.
- The caption, footer, links, and hashtags.
- The selected media and its order.
- The social profiles that will receive the post.
- The proposed date, time, and timezone.
If something is wrong, ask for the change and review the updated proposal. Do not confirm first and hope to fix it later.
Confirm the action
Use Confirm & schedule when the proposal is ready. Typing “yes,” “looks good,” or “go ahead” in chat does not replace this button.
Wait for the action result, then open Calendar and verify the post's scheduled state and time. The proposal alone is not proof that scheduling completed.
Verify the saved schedule
Find the post in the intended workspace and date range. Check its scheduled status and open it to inspect each destination. A post visible on a date can still be a draft or an unapproved proposal; the status matters as much as its position.
If you need to change an already scheduled post, use rescheduling and verify the new time. For changes to the proposal before confirmation, ask the agent to revise it and inspect the new proposal instead.
If confirmation fails
Read the message and check the selected profiles, available media, and timing. Restore a profile connection if required. Avoid repeatedly confirming without checking whether an earlier attempt already created the post.
If you still cannot complete it, contact support with the conversation context and the error, or use the regular post scheduler.
