Account settings control your personal experience in Velisto. Workspace brand and persona settings control the identity used in marketing content.
Update account details
Open Settings → Profile and review the available profile fields. Use the relevant save action and complete any verification requested for a sensitive change such as an email address.
Changing an account profile does not replace reviewing the persona used on designs and captions. For public marketing details, open Brand & persona.
Review notifications
Open Settings → Notifications and choose the options that fit how you work. Keep a reliable way to notice publishing failures and important account activity. Check the saved status after changing a preference.
Choose appearance
Use Settings → Appearance for the available display preferences. These affect your app experience, not the colors in your social content. Set marketing colors in the workspace brand instead.
Find workspace preferences
Scheduling timezone, brand, content packs, Houzez, and workspace members live in Workspace settings. Check the workspace name before changing them, especially when you manage several clients.
If an expected setting is unavailable, check your role or ask the account owner. For a persistent error, contact support.
