The best writing preferences describe how you actually speak to clients. A few concrete choices work better than a long list of broad adjectives.

Set your writing preferences

1. Open Workspace settings → Brand & persona and select your persona.
2. Use Audience & goals to describe who you want to reach and what you want your content to achieve.
3. Open Writing style. Choose a tone, add up to three writing samples, and list phrases to avoid.
4. Review Topics & offers so suggestions reflect the subjects and services you want to discuss.
5. Save, then create a draft to check the result.

For example: “Explain things in plain language. Be reassuring without promising results. Use short paragraphs and a practical next step.” Add your local market and the client situation to the individual post when they matter.

Give each post a clear brief

For Use my own idea, include the audience, subject, useful detail, and intended response. Check the output language in the creation flow before generating.

Writing style shapes topic posts; listing posts keep their own style. A persona sets the default direction. Your post brief adds the specific facts and purpose for that piece of content.

Improve a draft that misses the mark

If every draft has the same problem, adjust the persona. If only one post needs a different angle, edit its brief or caption. Always check names, dates, property claims, and local facts yourself before publishing.
