Choose Solo, Team, or Brokerage when you market your own business in one workspace. Choose an agency plan when you manage separate real estate clients: each client gets their own workspace, branding, listings, social profiles, and calendar. Explore the agency workflow.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. The trial includes 15 AI writing credits, 15 designs, 5 video reels, 5 AI images, 25 listings and 5 social profiles for one user. When it ends, your account becomes read-only, with everything you made kept, until you choose a plan — nothing is ever charged automatically. The trial is available once per customer. Agencies managing many clients can also book a demo.

Annual prices are displayed as a monthly equivalent, with the full annual charge shown on each card. You pay for 12 months together. Savings are calculated against 12 monthly payments for the same plan and vary by plan. Monthly AI and video allowances still reset monthly.

Branded designs use templates with your own photos, text, logo, and colors; these designs and your posts are unlimited on every paid plan. AI images are generated pictures, while an AI writing credit is used each time the AI writes or rewrites a caption or plan. Video reels use the video rendering allowance. AI and video allowances vary by plan. Connected social platforms still apply their own publishing rules.

They are shared across the agency account. The listed workspaces, users, social profiles, listings, brand personas, storage, and monthly usage allowances are account totals, not a separate allocation for each client. For example, Agency includes 25 social profiles shared across its 5 client workspaces.

Manage your plan and billing period in Settings → Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel renewal. A paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable; review the cancellation and refund policy for the full terms and exceptions.

Compare the next plan’s allowances or talk to us about a custom plan. Custom plans can be sized for larger listing inventories, more client workspaces and users, or higher video production volume.

The subscription belongs to the account owner. Members using that account’s workspaces are covered by its plan, within the included user and workspace allowances. They do not need separate subscriptions to work in those workspaces.
