Set up your brand

Add your logo, colors and brand facts so every design and caption comes out looking like you.

Your brand settings are the single source Velisto pulls from for every design it makes — templates, listing kits, reels, stories. Set them once in Workspace settings → Brand & persona and never think about them per-post again.

The brand baseline — every persona and design inherits this.

What to fill in

  • Business or brand name — how your brand is written out on designs.
  • Brokerage logo — your main logo. Upload the highest-resolution version you have; Velisto scales it down, never up.
  • Logo — light variant — a white/light version used on dark backgrounds. If you skip it, dark designs fall back to your main logo, which can disappear against dark photos — worth the extra upload.
  • Primary and secondary color — the two colors your templates are built around. Pick them from your existing brand materials so your feed matches your signs and site.
  • Markets you serve, services & specialties, who you serve — the same facts you gave during onboarding, editable here any time. Captions draw on these.
Tip:

If your logo only exists in one color, ask whoever made it for a white version — it's the difference between designs that look assembled and designs that look designed.

Where your brand shows up

  • Templates — colors and logo are applied automatically when a design is filled with your listing.
  • Captions — your brand name, markets and specialties inform the writing.
  • Listing kits and Fill my week — every generated piece inherits the same brand, so a batch looks like a campaign, not a collage.

Changing your brand later

Edits here apply to new content you create afterwards. Posts you've already designed or scheduled keep the look they had when you made them — regenerate a design if you want it in the new brand.

Next: Your persona & headshot — the personal half of your identity.
