Update listing details and photos

Keep property facts and the image selection accurate before creating new content.

Keep the saved property up to date before using it to make new marketing content. A corrected listing improves future work, but existing images and scheduled captions still need their own review.

Find the property

Open Listings → All listings. Search for its address, title, or property reference, and check the status/type filters. Open the property or its row actions to reach the edit form.

Update the facts

Review the title, address, price, price suffix, status, and property specifications. Keep measurement units accurate: changing a number without changing its unit can create a misleading result.

Check the Listing page link, description, and comma-separated features. For an open house, edit its actual date, start/end times, and notes; do not rely on a note buried in the description to update an event field.

Manage photos

  1. Review the current images and remove only those you no longer want on this listing.
  2. Add missing photos using the upload control and its stated file limits.
  3. Drag photos into the desired order. Put the strongest representative image first.
  4. Save the listing and reopen it to confirm the order and successful uploads.

Select photos that tell different parts of the property's story. A campaign or video will be easier to build from an exterior, living space, kitchen, and distinctive feature than several near-identical shots.

Review marketing already created

After a price or status change, inspect existing scheduled posts in Calendar and finished creatives in Content. Update captions and regenerate images or videos that display the old information. Confirm the final attachment in the post composer.

For example, changing a listing to Sold should prompt a review of a future open-house invitation; the saved status alone does not prove that invitation has been removed or rewritten.

If changes appear missing

Check that you saved in the intended workspace and reopened the correct property. For a connected source, also review its synchronization behavior and the source website's facts. See Houzez sync.
