Rendering produces the MP4 from your photos, scene settings, overlays, and music. It is a separate step from scheduling a social post.
Start the render
- Check the scene count and approximate duration at the bottom of the editor.
- Review the displayed video-render usage and any validation hint.
- Choose Create video once.
- Wait for the render status. Once the job has started, the app can keep rendering in the background.
Understand the status
| Message | Meaning | What to do |

| Starting render… | The request is being prepared. | Wait for a status change. |
| Queued — starting shortly… | The job is waiting to run. | Give it time; starting more copies will not move this one forward. |
| Rendering your reel/video… | The output is being assembled. | Continue other work or wait for the notification. |
| We lost contact with the render | The browser cannot currently confirm progress. | Choose Check again; the job may still be running. |
| Render failed | The job reported an error. | Read the message and resolve it before choosing Retry render. |
Download or prepare a post
When the finished player appears, play the output, then choose Download to save the file or Add to a post → to open the post composer with it.
You can also return to Content, filter by Reel or Video, preview the item, and use its Download or Use in post action.
In the composer, check the attached video, write the caption, select compatible profiles, and choose draft, schedule, or publish now. A completed video render is not a completed post delivery.
If you need help
If the same render fails again, record the visible error, the approximate time, and whether it was a Reel or Video. Send those details through Help & support. Check Content for a finished output before starting another render after a connection interruption.
