After Plan my content generates posts, they appear on the calendar as Unapproved. The review step is where you check the writing, media, destinations, and timing before approving publication.
Find the new posts
Return to Calendar. Use the batch banner to review the content you just generated. If you do not see it, check the workspace, date range, and status/channel filters. Unapproved content is not the same as already-published content.
Understand the review controls

In plan review, each channel has its own version. Read each channel tab instead of assuming a single global caption covers them all. Choosing a new date in the picker only stages the change: complete the appropriate save, approval, or move action and check the result.
Review a post
- Open the review control for the batch or a post in it.
- Read the caption and verify names, places, numbers, offers, and contact information.
- Inspect the design or video. Check that its text and images match the caption.
- Review each channel's version. A single topic can produce more than one channel post.
- Check the date, time, and timezone. Replace a time that no longer makes sense.
- Edit or save changes using the review controls, then approve the ready item.
Approve a group carefully
Use the batch approval option only after reviewing the group. If one item is still being prepared or needs work, resolve it or review the ready items individually. Confirm the resulting status in the calendar.
Handle failed items
A failed generation means the draft or its media could not be prepared. A failed publication means a ready post could not be delivered to a channel. Read the item's message to choose the right recovery action.
Use available retry controls for a failed generation; they can use additional AI allowance. For a publishing error, fix the channel or post issue first. Do not regenerate an entire plan to fix one connection.
Confirm the result
After approval, check the calendar status and scheduled time. Later, check the final delivery status for each channel. Understand scheduling and publishing if the difference is unclear.
