Uploads holds the source files you use in designs and posts. Organize them so you can find the right photo without uploading it again each time.

Keep source media organized in the workspace library.

Add files

  1. Open Uploads in the correct workspace.
  2. Choose the upload action and select your files, or use the drop area when shown.
  3. Wait for the upload to finish and check the result.
  4. Open a file's preview to confirm it is the version you intended.

Use the file types and limits shown by the uploader. For a rejected file, read the message before trying again; changing its filename does not change its actual format.

Keep the library useful

Use folders and available search or filters to separate reusable brand assets, property photos, and other media. Use recognizable names when naming files and folders.

A listing also has its own photos. If a property photo needs to appear in listing-driven content, check that it is attached to the listing rather than only present in Uploads.

Before removing a file

Check whether a design or post uses it. Read any in-use warning and keep a copy of an original you may need later. Deleting a source file is not a substitute for editing a scheduled post that contains it.

See Content and Uploads explained if you are unsure where an asset belongs.
