A listing campaign creates a coordinated set of posts for one property. Choose the property and angle, plan the campaign posts on different days, then review the generated captions and visuals before scheduling.
Before you start
Check the listing's price, status, photos, and property facts. Connect the social profiles you want to use and confirm your brand, persona, and workspace timezone. For an open-house invitation, have the event's date, start time, and end time ready.
1. Select Listing campaign and your property
Open Create → Promote a listing. Under What would you like to create?, select Listing campaign, then search for and choose the property. You can also use Import from URL or Quick details when it is not already saved.
2. Choose the angle and photos
In Promote this listing, select an angle such as Just Listed, For Sale, or Open House. Match it to the property's actual situation. Review the selected photos and the output language, then choose Next.
The numbered photos show your selection. Use distinct views that help someone understand the property. You can make more specific photo and design choices for individual campaign posts in the next step.
3. Choose channels and campaign posts
In Where & when, check the persona in the top bar and select the channels. A campaign post can be unavailable until you select a compatible destination.
Review the Campaign posts cards:
| Campaign post | What to check |
|---|---|
| Showcase post | The property angle, selected photos, and branded design |
| Feature spotlight | The feature to highlight and one to three matching photos; use Change feature and Change photos |
| Open house invitation | Event date and times, invitation design, and when the invitation will publish |
| Listing story | The vertical design and a compatible destination |
| Listing reel | Video settings, including the photos and presentation |
The available cards depend on your angle, channels, and workspace settings. Use the design control on a card to choose its layout. Inspect the reel settings when including a video.
4. Set the publication dates
Use Set date on a campaign post or drag its card onto a day. Adjust its time and check the resulting date chip. The count beside Campaign posts shows how many dates you have set; the footer shows the campaign posts and channel publications included.
Suggest times uses the workspace's posting slots. If no slots are configured, the app offers Create slots; you can also set dates by hand. Spread the posts across useful days and review every proposed time before generating.
Keep the event time separate from the post time
For an open-house invitation, fill Event date & time, then separately set when the invitation should publish. The publication should leave people time to respond before the event.
5. Generate and review the campaign
Choose Generate campaign when the selected posts, destinations, and dates are ready. Wait for the captions and media to finish preparing. In Review & schedule, inspect every included post and channel version.
Check the property facts, caption, contact details, photo order, design, and time. Play a reel through to the end. If one item fails or is still rendering, inspect that item instead of recreating the whole campaign.
6. Save drafts or schedule
Use Save as drafts when you still need approval or a final detail. Use Schedule all after reviewing the ready pieces and their future publication times. Read the number on the action to check how many items it covers.
Return to Calendar and verify the resulting status and time for each post. Generation prepares the content; it does not by itself confirm scheduling or delivery.
Change the campaign later
Open the affected post from Calendar to edit or reschedule it. If the property changes price or status, review future posts as well as the listing record: existing captions and finished visuals can still contain the earlier facts.
For a missing design, check Content packs. For timing issues, check timezone and posting slots. For delivery errors, follow publishing troubleshooting.
