Set your timezone and posting slots

Choose the timezone and regular times used when planning your publishing schedule.

The workspace timezone determines how scheduled dates and times are presented. Posting slots provide a reusable rhythm for queue and next-slot scheduling.

Posting slots guide future queue placement; existing scheduled posts are separate.

Set the timezone

  1. Open Workspace settings → Scheduling.
  2. Choose the timezone for this workspace.
  3. Review the calendar preferences shown in the panel.
  4. Wait for the saved status or use the save action if shown.

Choose the timezone deliberately, especially when you manage clients in different regions. Your laptop's timezone is not a substitute for checking the workspace setting.

Set posting slots

Use the posting-slot controls to choose the days and times you want available. These are suggestions for placement, not content by themselves: an empty slot does not create a post.

When scheduling, Next slot or Queue uses the available scheduling behavior for the workspace. Review the actual date assigned to the post before confirming.

Inspect the actual date in the scheduler

A phrase such as tomorrow at 10am resolves to a specific date in the displayed timezone.

A phrase such as tomorrow at 10am resolves to a specific date in the displayed timezone.

The schedule dialog can interpret a phrase such as “tomorrow at 10am.” Always read the resolved date, time, and timezone before selecting Schedule post. This is especially useful around midnight, while travelling, or when managing a client in another region.

If no posting slots are configured, use Add posting slots or choose a specific date and time. For an event invitation, a deliberate time is often more useful than the next routine slot.

Check changes carefully

After changing timezone or slots, open Calendar and inspect upcoming posts. Do not assume changing the defaults automatically moves every already-scheduled post to a new preferred time.

For date-specific content such as open houses, set and verify the exact time. A regular weekly slot may be too late for the event you are promoting.

If the scheduled time looks wrong, check the workspace setting and the post's displayed date together before rescheduling.
