Onboarding gives Velisto the basic context it needs to help you create relevant content. Keep your answers practical: where you work, what you do, and who you help.
Tell Velisto about your business
- Add your name, role, and business or brand name.
- Enter the markets you serve. Use recognizable city or neighborhood names.
- Describe your services and the people you typically work with.
- Select Start my 7-day free trial. No card is needed, and Velisto opens your dashboard.
For example, “I help first-time buyers and relocating families in Austin” gives Velisto more direction than “I sell homes.” You can refine this information later in your brand and persona settings.
Finish your workspace setup
Your profile is a starting point. Before creating content for clients, add your brand assets, check your persona, and connect a social account. Set your timezone and posting slots before scheduling.
A listing is optional. You can begin with your own idea or an educational post even when you have no property to promote.
Choose a plan when you are ready
The free trial includes 15 AI-written posts, 15 designs, 5 video reels, 5 AI images, 25 listings and 5 social profiles for one user, and it is available once per customer. Choose a plan at any time in Settings → Billing. Your card is charged straight away, and the plan's limits apply immediately.
Nothing is charged automatically. If the trial ends before you choose a plan, your account becomes read-only, with everything you made kept, until you choose one.
If checkout has not finished
If your plan has not updated in Billing a minute after checkout, refresh the page before starting another checkout. If you were charged and it still has not changed, contact support with the account email and the checkout time. Do not send card details.
