VELISTO VS CURATED SOCIAL FOR REAL ESTATE

A Curated Social alternative that makes posts from your listings.
Curated Social fills your feed from a library of ready-made graphics. Velisto makes posts from your own listings and market, then schedules them.

Curated Social is a social media service for real estate agents and brokers. It has a library of thousands of ready-made graphics and captions, with new content every Sunday, branding bars that add your photo, logo and contact details, and an AI tool that rewrites captions. On its Pro plan, Autopilot builds a month of posts and emails you the schedule to approve, reject or edit, then posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Its site says over 100,000 agents and brokers have joined.

Velisto is built for real estate agents, teams and brokerages. It makes posts from your own listings and market: a campaign for each listing stage, everyday topics between listings, captions in your voice and Reels from your listing photos. Then it schedules everything to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and YouTube.

Is Curated Social good for real estate agents?

Yes, if you want a steady feed with little effort. Curated Social gives agents and brokers thousands of ready-made graphics and captions, refreshed every Sunday, with branding bars that add your photo, logo and contact details. On Pro, Autopilot builds a month of posts and emails you the schedule to approve, reject or edit, and on its concierge plans its team posts for you. It also offers email, newsletter and postcard templates, and local market reports in the US.

What its site doesn’t document is anything made from your own listings: there is no listing import, and Just Listed and Just Sold posts are templates its concierge team customizes. Its library graphics are made for all its members, not from your listings or your market, and the networks it lists are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, without TikTok, Threads or YouTube.

WHERE VELISTO WINS

Why real estate agents choose Velisto over Curated Social

Your listings become posts, not homework

Pick a listing and Velisto writes and designs the campaign around it: the announcement, a feature spotlight, an open house invitation, a Story and a Reel, in your brand. When you mark the listing sold, under contract, reduced or back on the market, it prompts you for two weeks to create the matching post.

Topics from your market, turned into branded posts

Plan my content suggests topics from your business profile, meaning your market, your services, your ideal client and your goals, and turns each one into a branded image or carousel with its caption. Between listings, you still have a week of real estate content that sounds like you.

Scheduled to TikTok, Threads and YouTube too

You review and approve the content; Velisto publishes it at the scheduled time: Instagram carousels, Reels and Stories, Facebook Page posts and Reels, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts and videos. Curated Social’s site doesn’t document TikTok, Threads or YouTube.

Reels from listing photos, without filming yourself

The Reels & Video Editor turns listing photos into a 9:16 Reel or a 16:9 video with motion, music, a cover title and a branded closing card, which can carry your headshot, name and brokerage.

Built for teams and brokerages, not just solo agents

Team and Brokerage plans put everyone in one workspace, with a brand persona for each agent’s voice and contact details. Team covers 5 users and 15 social profiles; Brokerage covers 30 users, 50 profiles and unlimited personas. Agency plans give each client its own workspace.

When Curated Social is the better choice

Curated Social is the better choice if you want a hands-off feed of ready-made content rather than posts made from your own listings:

  • You want a large library of ready-made graphics and captions, refreshed every Sunday, and a month of posts built for you to approve.
  • You want someone else to post for you: its Premier and VIP concierge plans have its team post, and VIP adds Reels and daily engagement.
  • You post to LinkedIn or X. Velisto doesn’t publish there today.
  • You want email, newsletter and postcard templates, or automatic local market reports, as well as social posts.

Velisto vs Curated Social pricing

Curated Social has no public pricing page; the prices below come from a brokerage partner page on its own site and may differ for other agents. Velisto is priced per plan. Prices in USD.

Is Velisto a good Curated Social alternative?
Yes, if you want posts made from your own listings and market rather than picked from a library. Velisto creates listing campaigns, everyday posts, captions and Reels, and schedules them to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and YouTube. If a hands-off feed, done-for-you posting or LinkedIn and X matter most, Curated Social covers those and Velisto doesn’t.
Velisto vs Curated Social: which is cheaper?
Curated Social’s Pro plan is $37 a month on a brokerage partner page on its site, as of October 23, 2026; it has no public pricing page. Velisto Solo is $59 a month ($49 billed yearly) and includes posts made from your listings, Reels from listing photos and publishing to five networks.
Does Curated Social post for you?
Yes, in two ways. On Pro, Autopilot builds a month of posts and emails you the schedule to approve, reject or edit before they go out; on its concierge plans, its team posts for you. With Velisto, you review and approve the content; Velisto publishes it at the scheduled time.
Can Curated Social make posts from my listings?
Its site doesn’t document a listing import; Just Listed and Just Sold posts appear as templates its concierge team customizes. Velisto imports a listing from a property page URL, a CSV or a Houzez website, and makes a campaign for each listing stage.
