How to create and schedule a post with the AI Agent
The AI Agent works like a conversation with a marketing assistant who knows your listings and brand. It drafts, you decide, and nothing is scheduled until you confirm it.
- Open AI Agent from the sidebar, check the workspace and channels, and pick a persona.
- Attach what the post should use: a listing, media from your library, a design, or ask it to generate an image.
- Say what you want in one message: who the post is for, the point and the outcome.
- Ask for specific changes until it is right, and check prices, names, dates, links and the image.
- When it proposes a time, check the channel, media, caption, date and timezone, then choose Confirm & schedule.
- Look in Calendar to confirm the post is scheduled for the time you expect.

Can I add photos, videos or designs?
Yes. The chat composer lets you attach media and select a saved design. Use real listing photos when promoting a specific property.
Can I come back to an earlier conversation?
Yes. Your recent conversations appear in the right-hand menu. Select one to pick up where you left off.
Can I edit the post outside the chat?
