Before you start
Velisto publishes to Facebook Pages — the public business presence you manage — not to personal timelines (Facebook doesn't allow tools to post there). If you don't have a Page yet, create one free at facebook.com/pages/create; most agents run one under their own name or team brand.
You'll need to be an admin (or have posting access) on the Page you want to connect.
Connect it
- Open Workspace settings → Social profiles and click Add profile.
- If the Page is already connected to your Velisto account, it's listed under From your account — click Add.
- Otherwise choose Facebook. You'll be sent to Facebook to log in and approve access.
- On Facebook's Pages step, choose "Opt in to current Pages only" and tick every Page you want to use.
- Velisto lists the Pages you granted. Choose which to connect.
- Back in Velisto, the Page is active in this workspace and ready to schedule to.
Troubleshooting
- "Facebook shared your Pages without naming them" — you chose "all current and future Pages" on the Pages step. Reconnect, choose "Opt in to current Pages only", and tick each Page you want.
- A Page you manage isn't listed — same cause in most cases. Reconnect and name your Pages individually on the Pages step. If it's still missing after that, check that your role on the Page includes posting access.
- Needs reconnect badge — Facebook invalidates a Page's access when a password changes, a role changes, or access is removed in Facebook's settings. Click the profile and reconnect; check affected posts in Calendar and retry failed attempts as needed.
- Posts fail on one Page only — confirm your role on that Page still allows publishing; roles changed by another admin are the usual cause.
