Two tracks
Velisto has two plan families:
- Professional — Solo, Team and Brokerage: for agents, teams and brokerages marketing their own listings. The tiers differ in seats and workspace capacity, from one agent to multi-office.
- Agency — Agency, Agency Plus and Agency Scale: for marketing agencies running real-estate clients, each client in its own workspace with its own brand, channels and calendar. The tiers differ in how many client workspaces you can run.
Every plan can be billed monthly or annually — annual billing works out meaningfully cheaper per month.
No trial — a guarantee instead
There's no free trial. Instead, every plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: subscribe, use Velisto properly with your real listings and channels, and if it's not for you, ask us for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. That's a better test than a feature-limited trial — you evaluate the actual product.
Managing your subscription
Billing lives under Settings → Billing on your personal account:
- Change plan — upgrades take effect right away; when moving between prices, billing is adjusted so you only pay for what you use.
- Switch monthly ↔ annual — from the same screen.
- Update payment method / view invoices — via the secure billing portal linked there. Checkout and payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider; Velisto never stores your card details.
- Cancel — any time, effective at the end of the period you've paid for. Your content and settings stay in place, so resubscribing picks up where you left off.
On team and agency plans, billing is attached to the account owner — members added to your workspaces don't need their own subscriptions.
