Create and schedule your first post

Go from a new workspace to a reviewed, scheduled post—with a listing or an idea of your own.

Your first goal is one post you are happy to share. You do not need a full content calendar, a website integration, or a property listing to begin.

Before you start

Complete the account setup shown after signup and enter your workspace. Have a logo or brand details ready, and make sure you can sign in to the social account or Facebook Page you want to use.

1. Set your identity

Open Workspace settings → Brand & persona. Add the logo and colors you want to use. Check your persona's name, headshot, contact details, audience, and writing preferences. If you work with several personas, select the one this post should represent.

Follow brand setup and persona setup for more detail. You can refine these later, but accurate contact information matters before your first post goes live.

2. Connect a destination

Open Workspace settings → Social profiles. Add a profile from your account or connect a new one. Check that it is available in this workspace, not merely connected elsewhere in your account.

Use the guide for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

3. Choose your starting point

Have a listing? Open Create → Promote a listing, choose Single post, and select the property. You can also import a listing or enter quick details from the chooser. Check the listing facts and photos before continuing.

No listing? Open Create → Use my own idea. Try a clear request such as “Create a practical checklist for first-time buyers preparing for a second viewing. End by inviting them to ask me a question.” Add your own market details rather than relying on invented facts.

For your first property update, choose Single post.

4. Review before scheduling

Read the caption and check the media. Verify addresses, prices, dates, names, and claims. Review each selected channel because its presentation can differ. Edit anything that does not sound like you or represent the property accurately.

If the design or video is still being prepared, wait for it to become ready. Generating again is not the first fix for a render that is still running.

5. Choose a time

Use the scheduling control in the result or composer. Check the workspace timezone and choose a future date and time. If you use a suggested posting slot, confirm that it suits this specific post.

Not ready? Save a draft instead. A saved draft gives you a place to return without committing to a publishing time.

6. Check the calendar

Open Calendar and locate the post. Confirm its channel, date, time, and status. Draft or Unapproved does not mean scheduled. A scheduled post still needs to complete publishing at the chosen time; check its eventual result in the calendar.

If you get stuck

  • No channels to select: confirm the profile was added to this workspace.
  • Wrong identity or logo: check the selected persona and brand settings, then review the generated content again.
  • Schedule is unavailable: look for a missing channel, incomplete media, a rendering message, or an account restriction.
  • The post fails later: open the error and use the publishing troubleshooting guide.

Next, create a listing campaign or plan more content.
