The Calendar is Velisto's home screen: your whole social presence laid out by day, across every connected channel. If you only open one screen a day, it's this one.

The content calendar in month view: post thumbnails on their days with live, scheduled and draft badges
A month at a glance — live, scheduled, drafts, and anything that needs a fix.

Reading it

Each post appears on its scheduled day with its design thumbnail and the channels it targets. At a glance you can see the week's rhythm — where content is stacked, where there's a gap. Switch between Month, Week and Queue views, filter by platform or status, and flip to a list layout when you prefer scanning rows to scanning a grid. Toggle Posting slots to see your regular publishing times laid over the grid.

Post states are visually distinct: live (published), scheduled (waiting for its time), draft, and anything that needs a fix (see Schedule vs. publish now).

Doing things from it

  • Drag a post to another day or slot to reschedule it — no editing required.
  • Click a post to open it: edit the caption, change channels, publish it now, or delete it.
  • Create from a slot — start a post right where you want it to land, or run Fill my week to populate the empty days.

Your posting times

Posts created by batch tools (Fill my week, kit scheduling) land at your workspace's preferred posting times, configured under Workspace settings → Scheduling. Set the times your audience is actually online once, and every generated week follows them.

Tip:

Aim for a calendar that looks boring: steady posts, a few per week, no ten-post Mondays followed by silence. Consistency beats bursts on every platform's algorithm.
