Velisto does not sell on a money-back guarantee. Instead, the Solo, Team and Brokerage plans start with a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate the full product with your own listings, brand and channels before you are charged anything. This page explains how the trial ends, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled.
The 7-day free trial
The Solo, Team and Brokerage plans include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and you are not charged while the trial runs. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues automatically and the plan price is charged to that payment method. The trial is available once per customer. Agency plans do not include a self-serve trial — they start with a demo and a guided trial arranged with our team.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, during the trial or after it. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel on a paid plan and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.
Refunds
Because the free trial lets you evaluate Velisto in full before you pay, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law. Separately, our payment provider may, at its own discretion, issue a refund within its standard window to resolve a payment dispute.
If you were charged unintentionally
If your trial converted to a paid plan and you did not intend to continue, email hello@velisto.ai and tell us what happened. Where the plan has gone unused since that charge, we will look at it and put it right. This is handled case by case at our discretion rather than as an entitlement, and it is always faster than disputing the charge with your bank.
Processing times
Payments are processed by a third-party merchant of record, which also processes any refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. The refunded amount may differ slightly from the amount you paid due to exchange-rate fluctuations or tax adjustments.
