Use Single post when one property update is enough: a new listing announcement, a feature spotlight, or a timely reminder. For several coordinated posts over multiple days, use a listing campaign instead.
Before you start
Check the property's details, price, status, and photographs. Set up your brand and persona, and add the social profiles you intend to use to this workspace.
1. Choose the listing
Open Create → Promote a listing. Select Single post, then search for a listing by title, address, MLS, or property ID. If it is missing, use Import from URL or Quick details in the chooser.
2. Set up the post
Choose the available angle that matches your message. A feature spotlight should focus on something specific; an open-house post needs accurate event details. Select the photos that support that message rather than including unrelated shots.
Choose the format and destination channels offered in the flow. A picture post, story, and video are different outputs. The choices available to each channel can differ, so check the selections after changing format.
3. Choose and check the design
Continue to the design step. Inspect the preview for cropped photos, long addresses, price labels, and branding. Use the available design and photo controls to make changes. For video, check the format and settings before generation.
4. Generate and review
Generate the post and let preparation finish. Read the resulting caption; check facts rather than assuming the AI has corrected your listing data. Look at each channel's version and confirm the visual and identity.
If you need a small wording change, edit the caption. Use regeneration when you want a new result, rather than repeatedly regenerating to correct the same source-data error.
5. Save or schedule
Choose a posting slot, set a specific future time, or keep the result as a draft using the options on the review surface. Verify the timezone. Return to Calendar and check the resulting status for the selected channels.
Final review checklist
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Property | Correct address, price, status, and selected listing |
| Message | The angle matches what you are announcing today |
| Visual | Relevant photo, readable text, correct logo and contact details |
| Destination | Every selected profile supports the chosen format |
| Timing | Future date in the correct timezone, or an intentional immediate publication |
A listing photo is source material; a finished design or video may still need to render. Wait for the media to be ready before attempting to schedule it. If a fact is wrong, correct the listing before generating another version.
Common problems
- The property is missing: check the workspace and clear the search, or import it.
- Facts are wrong: fix the listing first, then correct or regenerate the affected output.
- A channel disappears after a format change: that combination may not be supported. Choose a compatible format and recheck destinations.
- The visual is still preparing: wait for its rendering state to finish before scheduling.
Next: save, schedule, or publish.
