These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velisto AI platform and services ("Services") provided by Infinisoft Solutions, operating under the brand name Velisto AI ("Velisto," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Company Information: Velisto AI is a brand of Infinisoft Solutions and is operated as a SaaS platform. All billing, payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record.

1. Account Registration

To use Velisto, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services Description

Velisto AI provides a SaaS marketing platform for real estate professionals that includes AI-powered content generation, branded visual design, social media scheduling and publishing, content calendar planning, lead CRM, and related tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans & Free Trial

Velisto offers three subscription tiers: Pro ($49/month), Business ($99/month), and Brokerage ($249/month), with a 20% discount for annual billing.

All plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan.

A valid payment method is required at signup via Paddle’s secure checkout. You will not be charged during the trial period.

After the 7-day trial, your payment method will be automatically charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

You may switch plans during or after the trial. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection, invoicing, and compliance.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your billing cycle.

Paddle will charge the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.

Prices are listed in USD. Paddle may convert to your local currency at checkout.

All invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle and delivered electronically.

5. Cancellation & Read-Only Mode

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your account enters read-only mode at the end of the current billing period.

All your data, content, brand settings, and generated assets are preserved.

Content creation, scheduling, publishing, and AI generation are disabled.

You may resubscribe at any time to restore full access instantly.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may request a full refund within 7 days of any payment, no questions asked. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, no charge is applied. Please see our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights.

Misrepresent property listings, create fake testimonials, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer our software, or interfere with platform operations.

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without written consent.

Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform beyond its intended functionality.

When you connect social media accounts or third-party CRM services, you authorize Velisto to access and interact with those services on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms of service. Velisto is not liable for changes to third-party APIs, terms, or service availability.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Velisto’s AI is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for every context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or shared. Velisto is not liable for any consequences arising from published AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velisto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
