Infinisoft Solutions, operating under the brand name Velisto AI, uses Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds on behalf of Velisto AI.
7-Day Free Trial
All Velisto plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. A payment method is collected at signup, but no charge is applied during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Velisto account settings. Upon cancellation:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account enters read-only mode.
All your data, generated content, brand kit settings, and assets are preserved.
You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
7-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of any payment. No questions asked.
This 7-day refund window applies to both monthly and annual subscription payments.

Refund Processing
All refunds are processed by Paddle, typically within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refunded amount may vary from the original charge due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or tax adjustments.
After the 7-Day Window
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
